Al LAugust 28, 2024My experience at Smilepartnerz was amazing , as I walked in a bit early for my appointment the front staff greeted me professionaly and I was offered coffee until I was called in. The dental hygienist took her time to perform a proper cleaning and answered any of my concerns. Dr. Frank DiCicco was my dentist and was one of the most professional Doctor one can encounter, he explain the issues I was having regarding my teeth's and the correct action in how to make it better. Dr Rupani is very informative and honest in her treatment approach. She will advise you what needs to be done so patient can make the right decision even in emergency situations like broken tooth, Extraction and bone graft. Dental Surgeon Lee did great job on me with that. You will know you are in good hands. The office staff works well with insurance to find coverage and out of pocket cost upfront as needed.In all aspects, it's a wonderful office with very professional and reliable team available to get you all the dental help you need or your childern need. Also the dental hygienist, Lisa in this office is great at her work. she takes her time and great attention to cleaning and treatment of teeth. I highly recommend Dr Rupani, the dental Hygienist and whole team who has helped me and my son in this office, always. Office is great and in a very nice location, wayne! Front desk ladies are very helpful and patient to answer questions patients may have. X -ray technician and technology they have is great to evaluate your denatl condition very well.
